Any idea what % of visitors actually click LL recips on a free site?

I have no exact numbers, but my guess is very little.

Very very very little. I'd say not even an average of 1 click per site overall. (Except for when the site is in the new section of Every link list it's on.)

Recips are there for the SEs and some traffic. If a link list has 10,000 sites in it, they won't get 10,000 hits from those recips daily but some traffic, maybe 2K or more is a bonus.

Like others have already said very little traffic.

The goal of a link list is to develop SE traffic and having your URL on thousands of pages is one of many tools to help achieve this.
