They've also come up with an exciting new scheme to give every child an ID number to "track them through school." It gets more Orwellian every day.

You can sort of see the twisted, cover-your-ass logic of it. But what's scary is some this stuff might actually come into effect with the force of law over there.

It's a good idea, now working families will be able to compare education results with other working families.
