Fellow LL owners, how many sites do you pass :)
 

I was wondering what % of sites submitted to you pass your review and get listed. Because I have a relatively new LL and I need more sites I'm approving 75% of the sites submitted to me. Only the real bad ones I drop.

I can imagine that the more experienced LL owners don't even approve 50% of the submissions...
Please let me know :)

yea greenie i checked out your new site page and noticed that the free sites arent as many as i use to see are submits down or rejections up ???

Today I have 69 new free sites listed - it usually depends on the day of the week. Submits are lower on Friday, Saturday & Sunday which means the amount of sites listed on Sat, Sun & Mon are lower.

But, just looking at my newsites page really quick, things look about normal.

Fonz I do not get that many submits, but when I just started the list I had days when I passed 0%, truly shit sites.

well now i can really list or steal sites thanks to link admin that should be fully running some time tonight and thanks to mrlou for all of the help he gave me and your advise to get it, even though they couldnt pull the links off my pages oh well i am still happy

i actually reject very few... linkalotapuss.com gets about 35-50 submits a day and WLFP gets usually over 100 but unless they are just really egredious violations (ie no/missleading enter link or very bad blind links) i personally think they serve the lists - i have never understood why everyone wants to be more and more picky personally.

I list about 99%. Of course I have NO public submits. :D

At feVs I was getting around 30% to 35% I am currently running at around 15% to 20%...

Used to be a higher percentage, but now I'd say I list a little under 50 percent. I get lots of yucky stuff.. alot of people can't spell either |sad|

Of those listed, they're mostly my own, friends, and quite a few who post here. I try to be nice, and usually email new people the first couple of times if there's a problem. Once my patience is up though, it just gets dumped.

It really varies a lot from week to week. Also Luna does the reviews more days a week then I do and she tends to look for different things then I do.

Off hand I would say that about 70% get approved, maybe a bit more.

I have an extremely large ban list. This is in addition to my submits being checked by the big shared list before they even make it to my private ban list.

So I have a pretty decent approval rate I think, but a lot of this has to do with me spending many hours each week weeding out crap webmasters and finding their various nicks, addys, and domains so that they aren't even seen in my admin.

Chances are that many of the crap submits in your admin are from a few multi personalited cheating mother fucken webmasters. Ban them and all their domains and you will have much less work to do each day.

It really depends on how much I add to the ban list.
Some days it can be 50% but I'd have to say 20-30% is average for me, and a bit higher for Jays.

If I could ban sponsor content submits - LOL

About 40/50% here are approved - I always try and find a reason to list a site - but some I just can't.

About 30-40% here - although that number is dropping quickly as I start looking at not accepting sponsor content unless it's a personal site. Major reason for the low approval rate is the amount of people that multisubmit and try to hide it, revshare or free hosting, or the same damn template every day. I've noticed a big increase in free email accounts, autosubmitters and people just not checking their mirror pages before they submit (broken recips etc.)

Exactly Linkster, more autosubmits trying to sneak in. I have a guy submitting 2 pages to me for every site. At first I though Oops he put my recip on two pages. But I've had that guy submit the same site to me with two different mirrors back to back 4 days straight. Gotta be an autosubmit or real dumb.

I approve about 60% I'd say.

I have always emailed webmasters to notify of refusal reasons and most have fixed and resubmitted...
I've also been lucky to have a bunch of good quality regular submitters...

All of which has meant I could approve up to 95%..... until recently :(

Autosubmitters, webmasters who don't read the emails and keep submitting sites with the same errors, non-english speaking, mis-spelling, template abusing, cp using, dickheads have forced me to finally create a banlist and it's growing - fast - lol

These last few days I've been refusing at least 50% and that seems to be the norm lately :(

mmmmmm at analbitch i get nice submits (crossfingers it stays that way) netmaniak i get alot of shit, but when i have time i am gonna update that site totally, premium sex links i reject about 65 % and linkfabulouse i reject 85%.
