I'm up nice & early due to a 9:15 Dr's appt - only the 4th Dr appt this week - getting old sucks.

After that, it;'ll be back home to work |thumb

Supposed to be a high of 76 today and maybe 79 tomorrow. So I'm hoping we get some of the rain that may come through here. Need to cool things back down. I'm not ready for 80 degree weather to come back yet.

Got some workmen coming to finish some details of the kitchen repair job they started almost a month ago. One thing they still need to do is replace the faucet they replaced once already, since it thumps loudly like there's water in the lines and sometimes will hum and moan in a way that can be controlled with water pressure. Freaks out the cats who don't like that sound. Also have someone else coming to sand and finish prep before painting a section of living room wall that was cut out to repair some wiring that shorted and burned inside the wall.

Aside from trying to ignore all that I'll be getting some work done today if at all possible.

Just like at Simon's place it's looking to be another warm and moist one here too.

Yesterday I made my very first pot of chili from scratch using a Whole Foods recipe. It came out surprisingly good so looking forward to a left over chili lunch today.

Doing the gym thing here was I'm vertical and then just another mundane day of work planned.

I'll be getting the car ready and finish packing for my mini road trip tomorrow. Looks like I need to do my nails too...I think "fuck me red" will be a good color for the weekend.

Simon, it sounds as if they forgot a pressure relief junction in the piping. Without that, a faucet can really start "talking"

Another beautiful day here today. The snow is almost all gone and only clear skies and warmer temps for the next week, at least. We do need a bit of rain though to calm down all the dust in the air.

Yeah, when I asked them about it being either an installation or an equipment problem they opted to replace the whole unit instead of trying to fix anything. I was going to ask them to be sure there was a pressure relief junction when they installed them new faucet this morning, but they haven't shown up yet. |huh

Work for the day and not sure for our evening. My girlfriend had a procedure done of sorts yesterday and she is healing. Nothing much...just a piercing or two :)

Hello people :) Nothing to report except the snow is melting off fast. Today will be similar to yesterday. Kind of a groundhog day for porn!!
