which way to setup phpadsnew?
 

I am looking for opinions. I have three domains on the same dedicated server I want to run ads on. I want to be able to run html and banners on all domains. Should I install a copy on each domain or install one copy on a utility domain and serve using the javascript method? Any insight and suggetions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm doing the JavaScript way.

It would have been too much for me to maintain a different copy on each of my domains.

I don't put more then 3 html ads per page and it doesn't seem to slow the page down that bad as long as I only do 3 ads per page.

I know people who do it both ways..
one script per domain and one for all..
Cleo is right..if you want more than 3 html ads per page,it causes problems (been there done that)..cause it's too much of a strain on the script..
I personally have 2 scripts..one for all my regular domains and one just for gay in it's own domain..it's a new version and I'm playing with it

I am leaning toward the javascript method. I only planned for three ads a page so I should be in the clear as far as speed goes. Should I put it on a utility domain or on the main domain that see's the most traffic? Will this speed up the ads on that domain?

I would put it on the domain with the most traffic as long as you have a good fast server with plenty of RAM etc. This way you don't have to worry about web traffic issues.
