a lot of sponsors dont get back like they used to. The list of names you give aren't the strongest or best regarded lately - I'd be a bit surprised if any reps from them show up.

hustler you should be able to get ahold of someone there. meeper or something like that. If you don't get anyone at deecash then try Nick and make enough noise and you will hear from soneone.

The other programs I have no clue.

The only good guy there is PornGuy, all the others do not even answer any email/icq I sent in the past.
