It's the 4th of July today so my American friends have something to celebrate today :)
Nothing special going on here today except for the Tour The France that will pass 15 miles from where I live but I think I'll just watch Armstrong & Co on the TV.

Another day of having couscous with cranberries and peanuts for breakfast, it's surprisingly filling.

We went by Diver's Direct yesterday and bought Christy new fins and a much larger floating dive flag for us to pull behind us plus a bunch of other stuff that we have been wanting.

The ocean is looking calm enough for doing a little bit of snorkeling at Vista Park reef, it's only a couple of miles from the house, so we are grabbing our gear our gear and heading over in a bit before the afternoon storms move in.

Good morning. It has been a while since I added to the morning thread. It is very warm here in Toronto. So much so that the AC is on! Today is the last day of the annual Jazz Festival so my wife and I are taking in a concert.
