If the answer to this question affects whether you would be willing to do link exchanges then, not meaning to be a douche, I wouldn't be interested in trading with you anyway.

But to answer your question, yes they do all have the same IP as I have my own server. I don't believe in shared hosting and believe that the speed at which a page loads and the site being up and available when the site is visited much more important, from both a surfer stand point as well as a SE stand point.

In my opinion, anyone who thinks they can game the SE's by spreading sites around on different IP's is only fooling themselves
