My wife and I are going to Montreal on Saturday to see Steve Martin at the Just For Laughs comedy festival.

This morning I got a Facebook poke from someone anonymously. They shared with me the invite my teenage daughter put out to hundreds of friends about the party at my house tomorrow night. |crazy| Now, I am not actually against my daughter having a party. All teens do this but with Facebook it can be shared with others using just a couple of clicks. They tell two friends and they tell two friends, etc. It's an easy way to get your house destroyed. Needless to say the party is canceled and an adult will be in the house to turn people away if need be.

Not wanting to keep on killing myself carry hundreds of pounds of kayaking gear across beach sand anymore I ordered a kayak cart last night. Bummer it won't be here in time for this Sunday's paddle but as I'm struggling to carry everything across the beach at least I'll know it will be for the last time.

Awe man party canceled! We would have heard horror stories about this anyway. I remember wrecking my mom's house of few times. So a good call IMO. I bet your daughter is pissed. lol

Just grinding out this hot day. Had a couple drinks too many last night. So I think I'll bet taking a nap in the AC room before going out to dinner tonight.

While working been watching the last couple episodes of season one of "Sons of Anarchy." Such a good series at this point.
