subject Termination of your EuroRevenue.com affiliate account

hide details 11:30 PM (2 hours ago)

Dear Mark,

We regret to inform you that after 9 successful years, EuroRevenue's affiliate program is closing its doors. For this reason, we will no longer be accepting referrals effective August 31st 2010.

Sadly, the current affiliate membership business model is no longer sustainable for future growth. However, we hope to reopen the program in the future once the climate has changed.

We could not have been this successful without the participation of our affiliates, partners and suppliers, many of whom we call friends. We thank you all and deeply regret the need to end this long-time business relationship.

We sincerely appreciate your affiliation over the years and wish you nothing but success in your future endeavors.

Kindest regards,
EuroRevenue
I like how my account was terminated along with the program closing.

One sponsor less to worry about |couch|

We should start a death pool.

Who's next?

Toby 2010-07-30 07:45 AM

...and the thinning of the herd continues.

Cleo 2010-07-30 07:47 AM

At least I never signed up with this one and I don't have to waste another day pulling 6000+ links like I did with SIC Cash.

Ramster 2010-07-30 09:06 AM

FUCK ME.

I never got that email though of course I cannot log into their new system, says my email is not in their system. I still get my stats from their old system no problem though and can login there.

There' a trend and here's the trend.
-programs sees many other programs closing their doors
-program says, hey we can close our affiliate system and keep all the money for ourselves
-program does so and collects ALL traffic while keeping all the money.

:(

Euro Revenue is clearly doing this as seen from that email "However, we hope to reopen the program in the future once the climate has changed". So that means they're not closing the sites, they're closing the affiliate program and keeping all the money.

Too bad, I use to make a couple grand a month with them. Lately it's down to a few hundred a month but I guess that's gone now.

babymaker 2010-07-30 09:26 AM

I was just about to push them and asked for member access but got denied :D So kinda happy lol :)

Nymph 2010-07-30 11:20 AM

Glad I didn't use them, already been through the WEG & SIC closings.

LeRoy 2010-07-30 12:43 PM

I just added a link and then got the email a few minutes later.

I thought it was a joke because Huda likes to fuck with me. One time he sent me an email asking to view him on cam lol. Of course I responded with a "Lets see your cock"

No more games. It's gettin real around here.

hincapie 2010-07-30 09:26 PM

Its a bit of a strange trend, seemed to me the worst was over and things had started brightening just a bit. Luckily didnt have any links up for these.

faxxaff 2010-08-01 02:27 PM

That's good news!
They have been stealing traffic from affiliates for years by redirecting surfers from certain countries to their own sponsors and they were the worst in terms of hidden x-sales.

jscott 2010-08-08 10:36 PM

They arent commenting about payouts either

I'm asking them to pay out my balance, no replies

LB 2010-08-09 07:52 PM

Another place where I post others are reporting no replies either regarding questions about payouts, and there are quite a few exposed to them. They did give a months notice, but the usual payday has passed and there has been no payout made.

This one looked like they might make good on the final payouts, but its increasingly looking like they took notes from the others and decided they can get away with not paying out the last payouts owed. Still got my fingers crossed for affs though :)

terry 2010-08-09 09:42 PM

What the fuck???
I made some serious conversions with them. I must have thousands of galleries out there. I never received an email from them, nor did anyone I know. OMG!

So that means they're not closing the sites, they're closing the affiliate program and keeping all the money.

Be a good webmaster and spend a few hours deleting all your links to them.
If everyone does that there won't be much money for them to keep.
Why should they continue to profit from the work you have done?
If their traffic bottoms out it will help reverse the trend that you have forecast.

But ya gotta pull those links!

Now where is that f$*king delete button!

Cheers :)

Try reading this thread/survey.

And 80% think that the links should be changed to paying sponsors.

Ideally it would be nice to swap the sponsor code out, however if one does not want to risk getting a DMAC notice. Then simply delete the links or just do a complete re-direct on the page and move your surfer to something similar but paying. I have done that many times in the past with out much loss of traffic.

Most importantly if you are an affiliate you must react to these changes and make sure all of your hard work and effort does not mean an empty wallet.

Webmasters want to shut down their aff programs that's fine and dandy but then, they do not have the right to benefit from the traffic you have worked so long and hard to bring them.

That traffic is yours to keep or kill.
The decision is yours and yours alone.
So whether you 404 the links, swap the code or do page or site re-direction it doesn't matter.
What matters is that you do something :)

Eurorevenue V3 in niftystats apparently :)

I talked to Huda, told me they waiting for the owner to release the funds to pay us out, so lets hope the owner will "release the funds"

Do you really think that sponsor that owes/ripsoff affiliates want to inititate a legal battle with them. Discovery supoenas are such fun things. |catfight|

BTW, that should be DMCA notice. |whisper|

Ramster 2010-08-12 10:14 AM

Technically final payment shouldn't be until mid September since they are giving credit for sales and rebills for the month of August.

For Immediate Release

MANWIN REVIVES EUROREVENUE

September 9, 2010 – Luxembourg – On its path toward diversification, Manwin group of companies has acquired EuroRevenue.
Though - to the dismay of its affiliates, partners and suppliers - the highly successful affiliate program announced its closure only weeks ago, it will now continue to exist under the Manwin banner.
All payouts to affiliates will continue, even beyond the month of August, and will be handled by previous owners during the transition period. Manwin is scheduled to take over all operations at the end of September 2010.
Although under new ownership, Huda Mahdi, EuroRevenue's Executive Manager, will remain on board indefinitely. He has been an integral part of developing EuroRevenue, and instrumental in expanding the brand.
“This move marks a new era for us,” Mahdi says. “Reopening this program under the Manwin banner means we can retain our valued business partnerships, while benefitting from the organization’s visionary business model.”
EuroRevenue has been in existence for over nine years, offering online and mobile sites in various languages, while also catering to distinct tastes. Manwin is proud to welcome the brand into its network.
Partners participating in EuroRevenue’s revenue share program have reaped the financial benefits of their association for years, even while the economic downturn had dramatic effects on other similar programs. This only bolsters EuroRevenue’s core strengths, which will continue to be reinforced and nurtured under Manwin management.
