I got zero work done yesterday due to a nagging headache that just wouldn't go away until I had a good night's sleep so going to be playing catchup today.

Since looking at the computer screen yesterday was painful I spent the day cooking and made a batch of chili totally from scratch including making the tomato puree myself. The internet is fantastic being able to see videos of how to prepare dishes. I would hate to be in the cookbook business.

Got my blood results back yesterday and it seems my diet is working wonders and my cholesterol numbers are way better than it they were last time it was checked. I'm having an ultrasound this afternoon to try to find out why my bad leg is all of a sudden acting up but other than that I'll just be pounding the keyboard all day.

I finally hit bottom yesterday, crashed & slept all afternoon. So everything I had planned to do yesterday, I have to do today, plus a few more things.

Morning all! Cat shaving went well yesterday, she looks great, feels great and didn't get upset during the process. |thumb

The day went downhill from there, as I went to a site and found the dreaded "this site is blocked" big red warning. When put in a request to my host, found out this type of infection was caused by a PC virus, dammit, I got hit with a Trojan on a popup 2 days ago, and although ran Malware bytes, then AVG that night, it must have taken my FTP flat file and phoned home before I got the scan run.

So spent the day having the host run down script instances, reporting to Google everything was clean, and changing every freaking password I have on a different machine.

Thanks to Toby, I'm changing FTP programs to WS_FTP from FlashFXP, something that doesn't store all your logins in a flat file.

Today has got to be better.

The water fun park was "fun" yesterday. My step-daughter got to see wow wow wubbzy and my wife got sunburned during an overcast day. :)

I run Ubuntu Linux for the most part but when I run XP (in a virtualization program) I use Avast anti-virus. In my experience, it seems to do a better job than AVG and it too is free. (You just have to remember to register your version to make it free.)

I have been purposely been sleeping in this week and it seems to help my allergies and make we more alert in general. I think my bedtime is changing next week.

Today, I will be doing family financials followed by some work on sites. Same old I guess.

Good morning. Just starting the work day. Got up and read in bed for awhile. Really think I'll work for a little then I have a bunch of errands to run. After that I'm thinking of maybe watching a movie or something. :)

1 lb red peppers
1/2 lb green pepper
1 large yellow onion
1 large red onion
1/2 mushrooms
1/2 elephant garlic
1 lb celery
1 lb corn
1/2 lb sliced carrots
1/2 lb black beans
1/2 lb red beans
1/2 lb pinto beans
1/2 cup chipotles in adobo puree
4 tablespoons oregano
4 tablespoons cumin
3 cubes vegetable bouillon
4 tablespoons chili powder
