Kind of sad here today. My 14-year-old cat died yesterday. Just got old. No pain when she passed and I was with her at home, petting her when she finally let go. Buried her in a special place on a little out-of-the-way island. Dealing with that yesterday was bad, but waking up and remembering she's gone was worse today. There aren't a lot of things that can pierce my armor, but I really miss her.

Simon, so very sorry for your loss.

Had a real good time at dinner last night with |virgohippy|.

Of course this was the first time I have been out of the house for more then 20 minutes and I was sure feeling it by the time I got home. Had to hit the prescription meds to knock down the pain. Not sure if it was the mix of meds and too much Italian food but I have been up since 4am and I am just about ready to crawl back into bed.

Sleep, work, dr appt on the agenda today

Had a long day at the offline job today. So now I'm just doing the necessary submits and after that it's couch time I guess.

We just got in from a day of boating and snorkeling. I'm rather fried and exhausted. Going to do just a little bit of work and then become one with the couch.

Still on vacation and spending a moment to see what is new with you all. My wife and I have one more day here and then we fly to Barcelona for the remainder of our trip.
