Getting punctured with very sharp objects while, hopefully, being given happy drugs while having radiation beamed through my body first thing this morning.

Enjoying some cooler weather for the first time since last winter, and for the first time I have all the windows open in the house and a nice breeze with 20mph gusts blowing through the place. Of course I now have to keep finding heavy things on place on piles of light weight things so they don't blow all over the rooms.

The weather is beautiful here the past few days. Highs in the 70's rain all around us, but nothing but a few sprinkles on our property. Breezy. I love fall in the desert. |bananna|

Got a bunch of weeds pulled yesterday, more planned today. Hoping they lift the burn ban soon, the pile to be burned is huge now.

Weather bug did an alert yesterday, we had a thunderstorm with 70 mph winds and hail that was considered dangerous 10 miles from us, fortunately moving away. Funny how the weather can be so sever so close to you. We only got a few drops of rain.

We are almost dead center in Pahrump Valley, and the weather follows the mountains, so unless the entire valley gets hit, we stay dry. |virgohippy|

It's Hockey Draft season - had my 2nd last night, another tonight & last one tomorrow - I'm in heaven!

Dr's appt this afternoon, but other than that, it's work for me.

I'll be destroying a lot of bathrooms this week so I won't have much time for the online thingy. Other that that we just arranged day care for the little one that's getting born in 6 months or so. They have waiting lists for almost a year here.
