Morning all. Just a normal day of photo shop post work, porn, followed by Fallout New Vegas for me. Finally went to Vegas in the game, at least the outskirts, kinda creepy seeing it all bombed out like that.

Having a water leak under the house being fixed right now. Just paid the prop taxes on this house and our rentals this week too so money is just flying out of my pocket. Thankfully sales are great, oh wait...they fucking suck again this week |banghead|

Time for work and whistling

Morning. Handled this lameness with my mortgage getting purchased by some other company. So just making sure I'm going to be sending the money to the right place. So don't need to deal with them fucking me up.

Time to handle a bunch of other shit things around the house. Plumber, cleaning lady, insane messy office. I have so much paper work on my desk and my couch it's scary. Needs to be put in it's place before I end up throwing something away I actually need.

The good news is I haven't been to my PO box for checks in awhile. So I'm hoping it's a surprise and a bunch of money is there to be put into the bank.

Other good news finally found someone that seems to think they can refi my house too. Spent 2-3 hours working on that last night. That would be HUUUUGE if it happens.

Alright. Time to get cracking on all this lameness.

Good evening all,

Spent 11 hours demolishing a brand new bathroom today. The people had leaks all over the place so the damn thing had to go. I also did the routine online stuff and now it's time to hit the couch.

Ended up having to replace the main line as well so this turned out to be an expensive day. We were warned about it years back so it wasn't a complete surprise.
