One of my sponsors is a large well known webcam site. I checked my stats there, and out of a total of 10680 uniques I got 2 signups? Is this possible?

It's possible. My advice: Set a maximum ratio you will accept and stick to it. If the sponsor doesn't perform pull links or at least stop putting them on new pages. You'll almost always come out ahead. Rarely do they suddenly rebound for the better. Just make sure to send enough traffic as a trial. A good rule of thumb I use is to take the maximum ratio you will accept and multiply that by three. So if you will only accept 1:2,000 in that spot then you send 6,000 hits before writing off the sponsor. If you decide your traffic for that spot should convert no worse than 1:1,000 then you would send 3,000 hits before deciding. Also pay attention to raw hits versus uniques versus join page hits when figuring ratios. Also keep in mind that the sponsor's hit accounting might not be accurate. Ideally you track outbound hits.
