Good Morning On This Mid Month Hump Day (Nov-17)
 

Good morning.

Drove my son to and from school yesterday so I was driving (or in a car) for 5+ hours. The last leg was, by myself, on North America's second busiest highway in a complete and utter down pour. (Big trucks scare me!) Plus I am still sick and slept poorly. Crappity, crap, crap, crap!

Okay, enough complaining. Work today, mainstream client meeting and then who knows what. I may just collapse in a comfortable chair.

First day of doing the internet thing again after I got back from Bulgaria. It seems not much has changed in the 4 days I was away :D
There was a letter in the mail today that said they are going to break up the road to put on a new top layer, this means we won't be able to reach our house with the car for 10 days or so. That sounds like fun.

MadHatter and I actually took the afternoon off. Watched Man on Fire, which was GREAT, then did some shopping. I was asleep by 7pm. Hopefully, I get more done today. Been fighting being really tired the last few days, and its getting old.

Here it's 12:12 and I'm still drinking coffee to try to ramp up my motivation to dig into some work. Did a trip to the bank and then did the grocery shopping early this morning and now I just don't feel like getting started with any real work. Oh well, I guess it wouldn't really be work if I wanted to do it, so I guess I'll just get on with it.

P.S. Any more recent Cleo news?

I survived and got let out a few days early as I convinced them that I would recover better at home than in a beeping, chipping and constantly being disturbed by nurses while laying in a really uncomfortable bed. Although the Dilaudid pump was euphoria on command.

I feel like I've been run over by a bus and look like a bloated badly sewn together rag doll but I'm told that the surgery went really well.
