Wordpress Questions
 

Hello Everybody,

I've been looking into setting up an adult site, I ran a link list many (many) years back but am now thinking about setting up something like pmates.com or youngmodelz.com.

I'm in a toss up between building a custom site todo so or using something like wordpress (I know pmates uses wordpress).

My question is how to setup wordpress to work like these sites (clicking on image linking to sponsor gallery or hosted gallery w/ sponsor ads).

As a developer & server administrator I'm not big on the whole wordpress idea, but know that it would take abit of time to write my own system.

Looking briefly at pmates - that's a slightly modded version of a stock theme

If you know what you're doing, you'd be able to replicate that in a day or two, once you've got your head around the templating... which isn't difficult imho
