Good morning. I believe this is the day that will live in infamy [Pearl Harbor].

Bad news yesterday. I found out that my older brother (10 years) has colon cancer. He is somewhat estranged from our family but we still see each other at weddings and funerals even though he lives in the same city. There is a 65% chance of survival with this type. This really sucks. I hope he beats it. Oh yeah, get a colonoscopy. It is really important.

Other than that, I am meeting my brother-in-law to help him buy a TV. I love spending other people's money. We'll have lunch, I am sure.

Later, my daughter has her therapist and then I will be watching The Biggest Loser.

I'm home again due to the frosty thing outside, doing some computer work and removing my plastic greenhouse from the yard are on the menu today.
Oh yeah and I bought a Christmas tree earlier today :)

Cancer sucks. Hopefully it was caught in time.

Fuck it is cold here! Only 39 F this morning with an expected high of only 60 F today.

I was going to return to the gym today but it is way too cold to go outside so the gym will have to wait so going to spend the day working instead.

Sorry to hear that must be hard for both of you.

We got just about 20F so I'd be happy about that :)

Art, sorry to hear about your brother. A friend of mine from basketball (who is only 46) found out 2 weeks ago he has throat cancer and he is now in chemo. Cancer does suck, hope your brother fairs well.

Had a great time with my visiting brother yesterday afternoon. He is staying in Vegas with a group of people from his home town and drove out to Pahrump. Not sure if I will see him today, or if he is going to do the tourist thing with his friends.

So getting an early start on work submitting galleries right now, in case he comes back out this afternoon. :) Have a good one all!

Sorry Art. I have heard some remarkable cancer survival stories lately, so there's hope.

I'm finishing up some finals, and working at my day job mostly. Haven't been building and submitting much lately, but I do try to keep my lists current fwiw.

Long day. Wrapped up with an awesome happy hour at the palm. :) Now just getting around to message board. Well really just this one. Next week hopefully I'll be caught up with blogs, paperwork, link lists, etc. etc. That I can begin reading more nonsense. Then hopefully I'll have time to just troll other lame sites.

Not sure though that will happen any time soon as have a ton of holiday parties lined up. Free food, free drinks, and tons of fun ahead. :)
