Happy 1-1-11
 

Good morning all. Wife and I just got home half hour ago from a friend's and we had a great time. Didn't over do it which is great.

Gonna work a bit this morning as I try to finish off a project then I think I'll watch TV, movies and sports.

Getting ready to hop into a little plastic boat and paddle my fat ass out the Hillsboro Lighthouse. I'm still pretty sore from yesterday's paddle so it should be a bit of a struggle in today's 2 to 4 foot seas and 15 knot winds. I'm mostly just hoping to stay out of the 71F water, something that I didn't do a good job of doing yesterday.

Other than that just going to try to get a bit of work done later this afternoon.

Spent last night at home with The Bitch & it was nice and peaceful.

The Winter Classic was moved from 1 PM to 8 PM, which really throws off my "fat ass watching TV" schedule since the Sabres play at 7 & UFC is at 10.

We stayed in and watched movies last night. Saw Kick Ass & Legends of the Guardians, both great movies. Managed to fall asleep right before midnight, lol. I'm so not a night owl.

Just up and getting some work done. I can't believe I started tracking my NetVerifier memberships monthly, starting in Oct, and last period I had the biggest gain ever. (lost two overall the first 1/2 of Dec) Over a holiday period. Go figure. I'm hoping this is an indication of next year. |bananna|

Good morning all. I too stayed home and watched movies yesterday. The Road and Extraordinary Measures , both were great but The Road was super great. I didn't feel anything special about yesterday's evening. Have a good day everyone.

Good afternoon. I drank a little too much last night so I am not as lively as I might be. Not sure what today brings. A friend's laptop is not working so I suspect I will be playing "the tech" today.

At least Ramster got the date right, so many people are writing it as 1-1-11 and putting the date first rather than the month.

Not much exciting last night... wrote a ton of code for Jan 3, a little code for a Jan 22 project and generally had a fairly relaxed evening.

I put $20 out last night just to see. Not really into those types of things, but, if it worked for RedCherry, I'll give it a try.

Happy New Year...Damn I hope this year turns around.. I feel I worked Harder then ever in this bizz and yet. My unique's were down by 64% and my rev was down by 15% over 2009...I guess I can offer to come over and jerk them off to my members ares if they join...Not sure what else to do....
