For setting up pages to make submission easier?

Not here, everything is done manually :)

I have a home made html page that has links to the sites I submit to along with some notes, but that's about it.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. Very easy too.

i use submitool... but of course i own it LOL

i also use roboform in conjunction with it as well, thats a handy tool

did you check sweep ?
it's more comfortable tool than typeitin :)
