Looks like it's gonna be a perfect Sunday,little work online, movie or two and about 45F outside and the snow is almost gone so maybe I'll go to car wash.

Last night I went to see a Toronto production of Stephen Sondheim's Assassins. It's a musical comedy / drama based on the theme of American Presidential assassination. I know it sounds odd but it was really good.

Today my wife is out and my day is free. I think I will finish up a blog, do some paperwork and plan for the week.

Brrr it's cold in here...

The guy that Christy works for opened up a high end restaurant for his new wife. It's right around the corner from where we live. He is a gadget freak, doesn't understand any of it, so he packed it full of technology that no one there can figure out how to use. They have Aloha POS software that has never been fully setup so I'm getting hired to basically read the manual and then teach everyone there how to use it plus generate daily sales reports for him since it is his money that was used to finance the restaurant. I skimmed through the manual last night and played around with the software for about an hour yesterday, doesn't seem all that complicated, just very tedious to setup. Plus he put security cams in every nook and cranny that he wants to watch on his iPad and iPhone so I get to figure out how to do that too.

Besides reading manuals and setting up cams so that a guy can keep and eye on his wife's business just my usual day of porn, errands and whatever else comes my way.

Had a buddy over last night to watch some hockey & then the Strikeforce MMA fights - looks like Fedor might be finished :(

Wife and I watched Across The Universe last night and enjoyed it.

Supercross is on TV in less then an hour with the premier class and the smaller class will be on later today so will do a little work before, inbetween and after.

Dinner and movie tonight with my 2 sons coming over. Now that the oldest son is close to where we are he seems to be coming over every Sunday like my other son. It's kinda nice :)

My gf's grandma turns 85 tomorrow so we had a brunch with the entire family today. Watching some crime series will be all that's left for me today. Starting with Las Vegas.

Typing this with Oreo across my chest and shoulder, leaning back so she doesn't fall off. always makes for interesting work having a 10# cat on you.

Porn planned and maybe some yardwork. Have to go to the store and get some dry catfood too. Oh the exciting life I lead. :)

Cleo: I worked for child protective services, and the social workers and I (I was a secretary) went to a class on some software (can't remember the name, but something you could type documents in). None of them could figure it out, so I ended up making a basic tutorial, training the staff in the office, then the staffs at two other offices. I hear you, amazing how some just don't want to read a manual and take the time to figure it all the way out. Good luck with your project.

Morning. Going to a new bar downtown. They have one in pacific beach now they have one by the ballpark that opened. Excited for this one as downtown needed another dive sports bar. This one has a bball hoop inside it. Friend works there and is hooking us up. Should be a great day out weather wise. Last night used a gift cert for a steak place in Del Mar. Had a great meal and a nice bottle of wine. I'm clearing the cobwebs out right now with coffee.

Just a little work and then off downtown to hang out with friends.


If you have any questions I know a person that is a real good with that system. The new bar we are going to he just set them up with it. He also manages a couple more in pacific beach.

I can relate on the POS software. Anytime people screw something up at my job they call for me cause I'm good with computers. It's like they think I can wave my hand and fix it in a jiffy. I mean I usually do get it fixed, but it's never anything that can't be solved by looking into the problem.

Well it was pretty decent temperature-wise today, but they are calling for more snow tomorrow. I swear everytime I can start to see my lawn again it snows.

Fuck, I won't see my lawn until April!
