My mom's live here for just over a week now & you think she'd be able to turn on the fucking TV? Everyday, I walk up from my office to find her sitting in the living room with the remote in her hand, a very puzzled look on her face, and various A/V components either off when they were on or on when they were off. It's 2 buttons to turn on the TV for fuck sakes! On the remote, you press TV then POWER |angry|

Maybe she needs a bigger remote.

Just another exciting day of trying to market stuff that just about nobody wants to buy these days planned for today.

Just got in from my late night shift and I feel like shit. My teeth have been hurting so bad lately I can't even eat for the most part. Looks like I'll be seeing the dentist in the near future if it feels this way after today.

Last two days were surprisingly productive so I may take it easy today depending on my mood later.

The weekend already kicked in for me. In an hour or so there's a mojito party at the office where I used to work and I'm invited. That should be a good start of the weekend.

What a difference a day makes. After having very little sleep Wed night, I didn't get much done yesterday, but slept like a log last night and am up and raring to go today. Hoping to get a full day done today.

We did get our large evaporative cooler installed back in the living room yesterday, and it is 69 in my office right now. Still amazes me that drawing water through wet pads actually cools our house down 20 degrees for about a 10th of the power of an AC.

Greenie, your mom would be really nuts here as we don't have TV per-say (only netflix and DVD's) so even if she figured out how to turn on the TV, she couldn't watch anything.
