My day started out with my step-daughter proving that she does not know how to close a door - SLAM!

Then I got an email from Google warning me to not post nudity on Buzz. Seems one of my followers got offended? WTF did they think I posted? Pics of kittens? |cat |huh

So I come here to read that I really should follow other peoples reasons for not using a program |angry|

I got banned at Tumbir the same day that I opened my account. All I did was add one link to the root of Cleo's Links. |huh

Cold seems to be mostly gone. Now if only I could walk without pain again. Best I can tell my leg is great unless I actually try to do anything except walk slowly short distances. Oddly the doctor seems to want his copay anyway. Personally I feel that he didn't deliver on what was promised so why the fuck should I give him anymore money.

Just a day of work and errands planned.

I actually did some demolition work today. With 30°C/86°F outside it wasn't the most fun thing to do on a Saturday. Ah well, now I'm off to a friend who invited us over for a BBQ. Later tonight I'll go see my friends band performing. That should sum up my saturday.

Good morning.

Been up working but have to get out there and mow the lawn before the rain comes if it does. Have some errands to run and do work in between throughout the day.

Giving a presentation this afternoon on my Wordpress-Varnish-ESI plugin. Now that Varnish has released a beta that fixes the one issue that prevented it from being easily deployable, I revisited development on it, fixed a few bugs, pushed it to a client machine for testing, and, it seems to be working well. Stumbled across a bug in php - first reported in 2005, still not fixed.

Still waiting for approval to post it to wordpress - one of the competing caching plugin authors appears to be on the approval committee and sees this as killing his market, so, politics as usual.

Contacted three plugin authors this week regarding performance patches, one said:

It doesn't have to be good code, that is what caching plugins are for.

Just submitting my first site and rendering pictures. Only 300 more to go, then I can open a new site I'm creating them for. OY!

My ear /cold thing drove me nuts last night, ear all plugged up, sore. I want it over already. Was planning on going outdoors and picking weeds, but staying in and working. Sales are horrible the last few weeks, so trying to stay focused, which is not easy for this ADD gal.

My day job requires me to go into the office 1 Saturday a month and today was it. Now time to work on some adult stuff before taking tomorrow off.

Good afternoon. Surfed this morning. My lady purchased a bike at target that is about 3 miles plus a huge hill away from our place. It didn't fit in the car so I then went on a 3 mile huge uphill ride on the new beach cruiser home. After that we went on a couple mile walk to a park with the dog. I've gotten my exercise for the day. :)

Tonight we have two parties to attend. Both are a far drive away. So can't really even party. It's more go make an appearance and see some people. Both are weak parties too. My lady's work parties. They are very tame and 90% of the people I just make the most retarded idle chit chat with. Oh well. One is at this brewery that I like. So at least that one I'll be able to have a couple nice beers.
