Catheters, IVs and Dilaudid Thursday morning 062311
 

Christy brought me my 17" Macbook so at least I have a proper size screen now. I love my iPhone but hours and hours on its little screen was becoming rather tedious.

Laying here waiting to get wheeled in sometime today for an angioplasty on the artery graft in my leg. Nurse just gave me 3 mg of Dilaudid so I'm feeling no pain although I may puke again before I finish typing this.

Found out yesterday I will only be working in Toronto for another week then I'll be in Montreal which is much closer, I can commute each day for the rest of the summer.

That's pretty awesome. I'm just plugging away at work. It's so rainy today ;(

Ramster, good news on the being able to commute daily instead of weekly. I'm very spoiled with my 20' commute down the hallway to my office. |thumb

You can always ask for Toradol Cleo. It is only inject-able, but it is a non-narcotic and doesn't make you puke. I can't tolerate codeine at all I get so sick, but Toradol works well.

Did that for over 8 years and a person does get spoiled. Good thing about working for a big company is you learn an awful lot about things you otherwise wouldn't have learned.

I'd still prefer to be working from home though being in an office is a nice change of pace. ;)

My weekend starts today, tomorrow morning I'll be going to my annual appointment with the Graspop metal festival. 3 days of spending time between fat guys with long hair and tattoos. You gotta love it :)
