..or probably he/she just did an error while writing the enter link url, and so that gives a 404?

that dude/dudette always submits under 2 different names and always types in the same title and description... mailed him/her about it. No changes -> blacklist it is...

It looks like it's a bad link or they forgot to upload the enter.htm page, so I don't think I'd blacklist them.

Of course, if I saw it over & over again..... :D
