Edudate me on how to show flv files on my galleries
 

I'm seeing a lot of galleries these days that use hosted flv files. I'm planning on experimenting with them a bit.
So what's the best way to show them on the page (in some kind of flv player I mean). And what flv player do I use?

I'm no tech expert but I hear JW is pretty popular
