I was sick most of yesterday. Not feeling that great today, but I'm awake so I might as well get some work done.

Not sick here but my legs are sore as hell after going for a bicycle ride yesterday over to a dive shop to pickup more dive weights on top of both my arms being sore from snorkeling the day before. I've got a total of 11 pounds of dive weights now. Hoping to try them out this Sunday or maybe even sooner if Christy gets time off from work this week.

Watching the storm Emily and hoping that it doesn't strengthen by this weekend or even better just falls apart over the mountains of Hispaniola.

Good morning. Watched a bunch of Breaking Bad Season 2 last night. That and had left overs from the small dinner party we had the other night. Besides work I spent time redoing my lion system. Second time I've gotten things dialed in much better. :) I still have loads of software to install. However, it's becoming functional. Hopefully by the end of the week I can be using it full time.

I have a ton of reviewing to get to. Later tonight I've carved out time to get everything back up to date. That will be fun. I want to later tonight to see the movie horrible bosses. I've heard good things about it. Which surprises me as the trailer looked funny just not that good.

Anyway, have a good one. Time to get this party started.

on another note just to get it out there... I don't like how putting a program into full screen mode is almost a different key combo in every app. Also, google chrome's full screen mode doesn't create a new workspace for it. I totally dig though finally true terminal fullscreen. :)

Since I am now working in Montreal for Twistys I finally got an apartment yesterday and was able to drive to work this morning in under 10 minutes which beats the 2 hours from Ottawa, lol. Now to get settled in and all will be good.

Made up some roast, potatoes, and carrots in the crock pot over night for Jim and the cats. (well the cats get the gravy, as it is onion free) and now it is cooking up some green pea soup for me. Nothing like a whole bunch of meals for us for less than $20. Sad the income is down so much, I have to do this, but it will be good food for cheap.

Now it is back to work for me and start my day of submits and build.

I found a bunch of vegetarian crock pot recipes on About when I looked up split pea soup, can't wait to try some.

Took off from day job today to take care of 3 dr appts. Got a little work in here and there, went to lunch with one of my sons.

Went to see Cowboys Vs Aliens after and the movie was entertaining in a summer blockbuster way. Explosions, special effects, poor script, hot guy, hot gal and so on. Thats what I expected and thats what it was, nothing else. So I was happy, especially since it was $5 dollar Tuesday. If ya go in thinking Battle LA or District 9 you will be hugely disappointed.

Cowboys Vs Aliens is on my Netflix to watch list. Loved District 9 couldn't finish watching Battle LA so not sure what to think.
