Up a bit early as we think we had someone try to break into The Pool House |scared| Neighbor was out having a smoke, heard something, called the house, step-daughter & boyfriend went down to find the door open & the alarm counting down to go off, called the cops, yada yada yada, early morning.

Holy fuck. It's the fuckin wild west everywhere now.

Greenie sounds like it's time to install some security cams.

Things are getting crazy as people are getting desperate. A lot of the houses around us have been robbed and the other day someone walked into a connivance store with a AK47 to rob it.

Work, errands, gym and more work is today's agenda.

jeeze, security cams/system and invest in a gun for your protection if you havent already. Thats not something to mess around with.

No breakins or gun shopping here. Just another day in paradise... less the paradise part. :D

Good morning guys. Was up real late last night having a marketing conference, so I'm a bit tired today, but feeling optimistic overall!

Morning. I feel crushed with being behind and all I want to do is go to the beach. Which honestly I'm going to go do. It's hot out and I'm just going to go stick my head in the sand for awhile.

Then I'm going to most likely veg out. There is a couple things I need to handle first. Which if I can knock them out in the next hour I'll be happy about shit. Oh I need to go to one bank to get money out to put in the other so that I can pay my bills. I think that is what really just has my mind hurting.

time to hump this shit.

We had never had issues here then someone vandalized most of the mailboxes on our street but missed ours. Then a month later, someone ran it over. Couldn't stand that they missed it?

We used to keep our detached garage unlocked all the time, but now we lock it. It is sad, here the big issue is houses that have been abandoned, people break in and steal everything they can.

Fortunately, there is very few robberies of occupied homes.

Just submitting my first free site. Jim fed the cat who lives in our bedroom when he came to bed at 4am, so she let me sleep in until after 7. I feel very well rested today for once. :)

I always had a gun when I lived in the country, everybody out there did, but I got broken into when I was at work. My dog showed the crooks where all of my good stuff was but they didn't look under the bed so they didn't take the gun.

Times are definately tough for more people then normal. Cams are nice to see what happened after the fact. I would just get a couple big dogs. It takes a determined thief to still try it with them around. In that case probably nothing you could do anyways. I also keep a gun handy but it just to protect my kids, everything is just stuff as they say. Unless it is a clear shot :-)

You got that all dialed in and I totally agree a couple of loud dreweling dogs usually scare anyone away who is remotely thinking of robing you. Guns are also a good idea and as you said, only shoot if it is a clear shot.
