It's Rock Lobster Saturday the 13th, 08132011
 

Went snorkeling on a new reef, new for us anyway, that people have been telling us to check out a few hours before sunset yesterday.

Got to try out my replacement underwater camera and was very pleased with it. I think I'm finally going to start a mainstream blog about south Florida beach snorkeling.

Lucky for these lobsters that I don't eat lobsters and only take pics. Also got some great footage of a sea turtle that I'm going to use on a YouTube vid.

Good morning.

I think it will be a work day around the house and yard. Gonna do the lawn shortly, that'll take almost 2 hours. Then some clean up, gotta clean up my office as well. Then pack some things up for Montreal. Plus a bank run at some point to deposit checks.

I feel your pain. It has been stuck in my head since last night when I looked at the photos. I think the only thing to do is to play the song really loud over and over again until being totally sick of hearing it. Off to visit the iTunes store...

Me too! I used to catch and eat them in Hawaii, I've been a vegetarian so long, I can't imagine doing that, they are so cute! Great picture. If you ever night dive, you can see them walking around on the bottom of the ocean which is pretty cool too.

Submitting tgps and sites on the plan today, and not sure if I'm going to try my cooking cat food today or tomorrow. Either day, grinding up 3 pounds of chicken thighs in a grinder bones and all just makes me shudder. Had to buy chicken livers yesterday gak! What we do for our pets. Why a vegetarian ended up with 9 obligate carnivores (ok maybe 10 if you count Jim, since he loves meat) is beyond me.
