Still really hurting from cracking a rib getting back in our friend's boat but it is better than yesterday. Going to be spending the day with my ass in my very comfy office chair.

I see the gift of a boarding ladder in the near future for our friend's boat. :D

I slept a lot last night & my body feels like it needs more - I also feel like someone beat me up for some odd reason.

Morning. It was fucking HOT yesterday. After we ate dinner last night we quickly moved to the bedroom where the little ac unit had cooled the room a little. Started watching Boardwalk Empire.

My office is a fucking mess. So at some point I really need to clean some shit up. Until then though I'm going to crank on some work until it heats up. Going to move the ac unit into the office. As there is no way come afternoon I want to just be sweating while working.

Since it is an off day on my Wii workout, I picked some weeds this morning. By 8am it was too hot to work anymore. Come on fall! Planted some seeds in the greenhouse, and now I'm back showered and ready to work.

Energy is getting better, but damn, staying off caffeine is bitch sometimes, but it masked my anemia for way too long so trying to take my iron and get my energy back that way.

Now that I'm off my fast, I've been really enjoying cooking some vegan recipes. Made curry in a crock pot yesterday, and Naam bread with all kinds of non wheat flour. Came out good. |thumb |virgohippy|

Good morning. Have had a pretty good day so far. Broke my record on the deadlift last night. That was exciting.

I am going to plant some basil today .. i am planing to eat lots of caprese salad ..

I got weed seeds too from a neighbor , is allowed to grow here per year 1 plant , but only for personal use not sell.. Who knows maybe i will read about how to grow weed and actually do it!
