I watched Kevin Smith's new movie Red State yesterday and holy fuck (no pun intended) what a great fucking movie - so far from anything Smith has done in the past. It's only available on demand right now - good thing it's a 48 hour rental, as I may watch it again today.

And then, of course, I watched football - great game! Especially for me, who has either Brees or Rodgers in each of the 5 fantasy leagues I'm in |thumb

Not much going on today, but tonight The Bitch & I are going out to dinner & getting a room for our anniversary (that was 2 weeks ago) I didn't think I'd be alive at 40, let alone married for 15 years :D

No offline work for me today but I had some running around to do before noon and now I'm taking care of the little one. While he sleeps I might throw some naked people online.

No football here and I don't expect there to be football in this house in the future either.

Worked my ass off yesterday and got mostly caught up so running errands and going to the gym today in addition to getting some work done.

I might have to check out Red State. One of my friends actually interviewed him about it. Apparently it's pretty sick.

Good afternoon. Well had a WILD day. There was a huge power outage in all of San Diego. I was stuck at a gas station for the better part of the afternoon to night. Finally got my uncle to pick me up as I was in North County close to where he lives. I was stuck at 4pm. I got home at 1am. Fucking sucked. Playing catchup on a load of stuff.

Had plans to go to dinner with a couple. I guess they are in some strange fight. So that dinner got cancelled. Which is good because I really didn't feel like going out to dinner anyway. The weather has cooled a little too. So it's not 95 degrees in my office.

Looking forward to Sunday for opening day of Chargers football. A little tailgate action and then some football.

Good Afternoon from a very hot state of Washington. I am soooo ready for the snow to fall, you guys down south can have this heat and sun.

Bring on the Chargers as a lifelong Vikings fan, born and raised in Minnesota :-)
