Good Morning On A Wet Hump Day
 

It feels so nice to wake up to a quiet Wednesday morning. Hope yours is peaceful too.

Dark, windy and wet here.

It's just plain nasty outside.

News is showing tornado damage to trailer park on the west side of town from last night.

Still hoping for better weather conditions this weekend. Christy has the whole weekend off and we had planned on going down to Key Largo to do some snorkeling but with the wind out of the north the ocean is going to be way to rough so we are at least hoping that these storms will let up so that we can do some kayaking locally in the mangroves.

Just a day of work planned indoors where it is nice and dry.

Huge rain storms overnight and all morning here too. Plus today is trash pickup day and the winds have blown the cans over onto their sides where they're starting to float on the flooded street. Way too wet/windy to go take care of them yet. Going to wait for things to mellow out a bit with the weather here.

Aside for picking up trash cans it's just another nice day to be working from home.

Back home in SoCal and today should warm up thou at the moment its overcast and cool which is still warmer than the last few days in Canada.

Thanks goes out to Emerald and Bluebrit for being wonderful hosts again and it was nice to see Greenie and his wife.

Time to catch up on paying bills, laundry and whatnot before going back to my day job tomorrow. Being away from that place reminded me how much I liked working for myself. Then again, sales sucked big time and it will be nice to get back to a guaranteed paycheck.

Afternoon. I was here in the morning I think. The days are just complete fuck all crazy. This weekend the design for the new site I've been working on will be ready. Now I just need to work on gathering pictures for it. FUN! Which requires hard drive space. So I'll be running to get it tonight.

Blah blah. The goal is to hopefully have something open at the end of next week taking in money. Even if it isn't perfect. This hump was a bitch to get over.

Just had a downpour, but against the turning leaves it was kinda pretty - it made the reds redder and the yellows yellower and that just makes me smile :)
