Leg spasms kept me up all night. I've been at the computer 15 minutes & my hands have gone cold & numb.

No spasms or cold and numb hands but I do feel like going back to bed after being up way too late cleaning up after yesterday's BBQ party.

It's back to work Monday so I guess it's off to the kitchen to make a caffeinated beverage or maybe just suck down a couple of Red Bulls.

Morning. Just another day spinning around on this rock. I was so not into starting this day even though I have a million things that I need to get done.

Last night the lady made meat loaf and it was fucking amazing. I'm so excited for the left overs today. :) Watched some more of season 1 of Boardwalk Empire. Other than that it was just football and some work all day.
