Good morning Hump Day world |waves|

Here's wishing you some good news from the docs today, Greenie.

This month is flying by here, so time to get back to the grind to get things done while I can.

:)

TrYiNg tO Get BRaIn wOrkIng...

Did extra work yesterday which is probably why I feel so burnt out today. Going to do a little work and then hit the gym before coming back home to do more work.

Is it 2012 yet?

Morning. So found that my dog pissed a little on our just dry cleaned bed duvet. Fuck. So get to take that back into the dry cleaners. Have no clue when the dog was in the bedroom either as he isn't allowed in that room or on the bed. Bah! Oh well. Can't have a piss bed.

In other news I've been coding a bunch as of late on some projects and have been taking Komodo Edit for a spin. Kinda of like it so far. Anyone else have any experience with this? For simple things previously I was using just TextMate. However, I think I'll still use textmate for really small things. However, Komodo Edit has nice code completion which is cool.

Tonight I need to really spend a minute figuring out Christmas gifts for people as with the way time is going by so fast I know Christmas will be here like tomorrow.

So last couple days I watched season 7 of The Office. Love watching that show with no commercials and just back to back to back episodes. Fought it forever because I really liked the brit version. Now though this show has more taken on a life of it's own. (Helps I guess that the brit one was only like 2 seasons and some specials.)

Alright time to go get some coffee and continue on with things.

:P Ugh. Maybe if I wasn't at the game I could believe that. What a mess. Going to be interesting to see if Norv and AJ Smith are still around or just what happens if most likely they don't make the playoffs. Been nice to see them win again. Just most likely a little too late to get things going again. I am looking forward to this weekends game against the Ravens. Just to see if they can beat a team that is good.

Sounds like some odd fetish. Must be people out there that get excited by a guy in a neck brace trapped in his home. You should install a webcam and charge for access. :D

Yep...the market would be a mix of those with abasiophilia, plus some devotees, and of course the medical paraphilia fetishists. I'm thinking the leg twitching should be reserved for private shows only. ;)

Cleo 2011-12-14 06:04 PM

I had to lookup Abasiophilia.

Quote:

Abasiophilia is a psychosexual attraction to people with impaired mobility, especially those who use orthopaedic appliances such as leg braces, orthopedic casts, or wheelchairs.[1] The term abasiophilia was first used by John Money of the Johns Hopkins University in a paper on paraphilias in 1990.
I feel so normal now. :D

Try looking into the "devotee" culture:

Quote:

In the paraphilia, the attracted ("devotees") are specifically aroused by disabled people, simply because of their disability. The disability may be minor like missing fingers, profound like blindness and (stereotypically) amputation, or quadriplegia. Some devotees desire people with cognitive disabilities.
Normal is as normal does.
