Brrr....It's Cold. It's the first Tuesday of 2012
 

Up early so as to be awake and ready for the satellite tech. DirecTV is replacing the standard def receiver in our bedroom with a free HD DVR today so after today we won't have to watch stretched fuzzy people on the new TV. |thumb

Damn it's fucking cold out... Wrapped the bird cage in a blanket and setup a space heater for them last night so they are toasty warm.

Took advantage of the calm ocean yesterday, put on a wetsuit and went snorkeling before this week's windy and really cold weather arrived.

Just a day of work, more laundry and some house cleaning planned on this chilly day.

Nice cold (for us) morning here, since cold means anything under 70 degrees farenheit and it's down to just 60 now. Plus the wind gusting at 30 mph is shaking windows and making it feel wintry. Going to be in the 40s tonight too.

And yes, I know that's not cold to people who insist on living somewhere where nature will kill you without a house to shelter in, but for us...brrrrrrr.

This vacation thing I'm having right now is really nice. Started playing Red Dead Redemption on the PS3, went to renew my pasport so I can get into the US in 3 months and now it's time to do some grocery shopping. I've had more stressful days :)
It's also very windy here at the moment, some stuff in my backyard already got knocked over.

Cold as fuck here. Lots of sunshine, though. I'm going to fire the grill up and fix myself a birthday hamburger later today.

Cold, but really sunny here today. How does that work? Had another divorce/custody meeting this morning with yet again no movement. Ready for that to be over with.

Morning. Still feeling a little sick. Slept in though as I do shit like that on my bday. So now I'm drinking coffee and handling a couple things this morning. Later this afternoon I have a meeting for a mainstream thing I'm working on. Aside from that though I'm going to be lazy today and watch loads of 30 Rock. Haven't watched it before. So much fun to just watch whole seasons of it. :)

Alright. Time for a couple emails and then it's back to being lazy today.

Lots of snow out there now. I've been ahead of the game as my day job is waiting for some supplies to come in before we can get started so I get a mini vacation to work on other things.

Probably going to just stay home and get more online work done.

Morning folks (well, morning here in Finland). Temps are not bad.. warmer than Greenie's n fact, hovering just around freezing. No snow for Christmas, but we had one nasty windstorm that took out a lot of trees and left us without power for 15 hours. Little light snow today... time to get the fingers moving again....
