Too Fat Tuesday (10/01/2012)

It's The Biggest Loser night on TV and it's the day I start losing weight. I've got about 20 pounds to lose which I know doesn't make make me obese but it's important. With heart disease rampant in my family and now being over 50, it is something I need to do to stay around this earth for a while.

My daughter's meds have been increased and it looks like I will have a somewhat normal work day today other than taking her to her therapist after school.

Good morning. Just busy updating a couple things while coughing up green slime. My mainstream meeting went well yesterday. So that's cool. Got another small project from them that will lead to an even bigger project later this year. Yah!

Last night I caught the end of the movie Somewhere. Now I just need to watch the start of it. What I saw I liked though. Started watching it late after turning off the BCS championship game that was so boring.

Alright time to walk the dog and get some coffee.
