It's new front door day and blackouts on the internet day
 

Carpenter called yesterday and said he is going to be here this morning to install our new front door so I'm up early to greet him.

Guess the news of the day is the some sites blacking out for the day although it seems pretty limited, like Wikipedia that is still accessible if you know how.

Time for that second cup of coffee I guess.

Just an update from my doctor - he's sending me for another MRI. This time of my mid/lower back. So no new news/answers :(

Morning. Slept in a little. Felt good. :) So last night watched 4 more episodes of Homeland. :D Good stuff.

I guess at some point today I'll make a call and leave a message against SOPA/PIPA. Use the time I would be surfing reddit or some other site to make the call.

Alright time to get some coffee and get over this hump.

Yesterday's custody/divorce conference with all of the attorneys went pretty well, so it looks like we'll be able to settle everything ahead of time for the judge to sign off on instead of allowing the court to decide for us. The attorneys were amazed how well we agreed on our son's custody/living arrangements and our ability to compromise for his happiness and well-being. The divorce particulars, well, that was a little heated, but we'll all be fine in the end, assuming I create a some type of minimal income sometime very, very, very soon. All's well that ends well, or so they say. I'm looking forward to getting it all done and behind me, no matter the outcome. It's really stressful to have this shit hovering over you.

Do you and Cleo go to the same doctor? At what point is it ok to ask him/her if they are really an M.D., or if their first name just happens to be "Doctor?"

Well, my 1st problem was in my neck, so the past MRI's were just of that area. Now we think there's another problem lower down, hence this new MRI. I really think I just need a spinal cord replacement - anyone want to donate theirs?
