I forgot to mention that yesterday, the doctor told me that I don't have to wear the big plastic neck brace 24/7 |bananna| I have to wear it in the car & when I'm outside of the house, but at home, I can wear the soft collar, which is MUCH more comfortable. And, here's the best part, when I'm sitting, I don't need either |bananna| It's SO NICE to sit here & work without that damn neck brace |thumb

... though more free accounting today. I thought this would be the last day but apparently there will be one more week. After doing some account reconciliations, I pick up my daughter from school. Yes, she made it again. Her 100mg of Zoloft seems to be doing the trick which is great (esp. for me).

I guess I will work on my sites after dinner tonight while watching NBC's Thursday night comedy line-up.

Besides kayaking yesterday I had to do a ton of errands plus huge piles of laundry. It's amazing that I got any work done at all.

Work, gym, more work and then even more work planned for today.

I woke up happy, but now I'm goddamn frustrated with the redundant hoops you have to leap through to get paid by some sponsors. (I'm looking in your direction Fetish Wealth!) |banghead| Nothing fucking works out the way it's supposed to. FML

Well, at least the sun is shining and I have a hot cup of coffee on my desk.

My daughter is home from school, semi-sick. Stuffy nose, watery eyes, and all that jazz. That means I'll have a cold in another day or two because my kids like to hug me all the time. Little weirdos. I never hugged my parents. OK, I probably hugged my mom, but never my father. The first time I remember hugging my father was almost two years ago when I was hospitalized the first time for being a giant, weepy, pathetic, useless mess. It made him really uncomfortable, and that made me happy. |loony|

Morning. Coffee does make the pain of morning go away. :) I'm flying to Kansas City today for a wedding this weekend. Flying out today as that's when the free miles would allow it. Would have been nice to go tomorrow. Oh well. So going to work on a ton of shit up until early afternoon. Going to eat a bunch of KC BBQ this weekend. Free booze and free food is also nice.

Well, my car sucks and is giving me shit again. Not a huge problem, but annoying enough to keep me from going anywhere. Although it could be much worse so thats all I'm going to bitch about for now.

Been pretty well so far besides that. Hopefully everyone has a good day.

I never get much done on Wednesdays, as it is the day we do all our grocery shopping, so hoping to catch up today. Got some crockpot chicken stew cooking for Jim, and just sitting down to start work.

After everyone's talk of coffee, I think I'll head out and make myself some decaf espresso. I still find it hard to believe I've been off caffeine for months now except for the tiny bit in decaf. I am definitely one of those people that should not ingest uppers, lol.

You should probably wear the brace when you are tired and working. I have seen you fall asleep behind your lap top sitting at a table and have watched your head snap back and forth trying to fight it. That probably would not be good.

Oddly I've seen him do that too. The beverage in his hand become one with our couch. :D
