I was going to apologize for not being here yesterday, but from the lack of a "Saturday" thread, I think a lot of people took yesterday off |thumb

Working now, then The Bitch & I are gonna watch a movie or maybe start watching Mad Men on Netflix.

I didn't get home from Kayaking until late yesterday afternoon so it seemed silly to start a morning thread after five in the afternoon.

Had a good time but due to being totally exhausted forgot to actually lock the kayak locks before driving home so somewhere between here and there are two cable locks in the road. We went back and looked for them but couldn't find them so ordered two more from Amazon this morning. On top of that one of Christy's kayaking gloves got sucked down the drain while washing them so also ordered new gloves from Amazon this morning.

Playing volleyball on the beach this afternoon and that is about as productive I'm getting today.

Lots of crap around here with the house which will stop any sort of traveling vacation this spring. Sucks big time cause I really feel getting away would be nice.

Went to see Rock Of Ages last night. For those that don't know its a show based around Sunset strip rock club in Hollywood during the 80's which is where I was trying to be a rock star. A happy and sad trip down memory lane, where I still had hopes, dreams and hair |headbang|

Slinging porn till my grandbaby shows up this eve.

Wildass radical meeting at the pub this afternoon then back to my place for dinner and a movie with a wildass lady friend. It's going to be a great wildass day!

Most of today's work is all done and now time to relax and indent the couch for awhile.

Finally been working on fixing the boat so I can sell it. Batteries were flat, replaced those, starboard engine won't start, diagnosed that, the safety switch is broken. Started to disassemble the hatch that contains the safety switch and broke the hatch lock. Of course this requires removing the jet port covers. A bit of leverage and a shredded 2x4 and I have the starboard port cover off, but, not the port port cover. The port port cover ironically is holding the tray down on the side where the Starboard engine cutoff is.

Once I get that switch, I'm wondering what else will be broken.

Well that was an action packed weekend. I'm exhausted. Last night my lady's purse was stolen at a concert. I wasn't there. I just got the call. I had fun canceling credit cards and other accounts. Once I got back home from where I was I had an emergency lock smith come to switch out the locks at the house. On top of that she only had one set of keys for the car. So another lock smith will come tomorrow to help with that.

If anyone knows about getting a car rekeyed with new remotes. I believe I actually need to have the car towed to the dealer to sort this all out.

Anyway...ugh. Made a mellow cheap weekend sky rocket in price. Oh well. Shit happens. At least they tossed her iPhone on the ground and she found that.

Today we just put some stuff off and enjoyed a brunch and the hunger games.

Now it's time to watch some tv and call it a weekend.
