How would you of handled this?
During my Labor Day content sale - a man purchased a bunch of sets and paid for it via paypal.
The day after I received payment I sent him the download links. In my email to him I apologized for the delay, explaining that I was bombarded with orders and I was taking care of everyone on a first come first serve basis. Well, come to find out that same day (day after payment was made) He filed a complaint with paypal saying merchandise wasnt received. I emailed him again - he said he would take care of it...Now it is 5 days later(several emails to him asking when he is going to take care of it) - no response back from him!! How would you handle this???? This is what I did... Issued a refund and emailed him with this message: I have emailed you several times asking you to inform paypal that you did indeed receive your items - the day after payment was received. I have waited patiently for 5 days for you to do this and you havent..Well, I'm resolving it now.Here is a refund. You cannot use anything until I receive the license - hope you remember to do this. You might have just shot yourself in the foot.
I don't think Paypal wants to do business with adult content providers anymore. |
I'd withdraw every cent in your paypal a/c as a precaution, cause they may well lock it if they find out what it's for...

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but I'd remove funds from PP, setup an epassporte account (as an alternative, yet similar method), and use another payment processor (world pay, maybe) as an alternative to EP. As far as this situation goes, you've done all you can. Turn your back and forget about it. |
yeah I agree with getting your money out of there...I for one know that you were swamped ..heck, I just finished downloading all the sets I bought yesterday.
