Good morning from Nassau.

Just checking my e-mail and the boards from my hotel room. Another sunny and 28C / 82F day in paradise.

Waking up to a chilly one here with a beautiful blue sky.

Spent most of yesterday dehydrating and cleaning house. Made a huge amount of Coconut Carrot Cookies plus a huge amount or fruit leather out pears, apples and strawberries.

Planning on spending today working on my online stuff and that's about it.

I overslept today, my left shoulder is sore and I have tons to do today. What a fine way to start the work week!

No snow here, which is good since I spent a couple of hours outside washing more large storage boxes than any one person should ever need to own. Also swept out the garage and washed my Jeep. Now my back is killing me and I'm not sure what to blame. (Only thing I know for sure is it wasn't Obama.)

Now it's time for some inside/online work until the pain goes away so I can go back to spring cleaning for awhile.
