It's Thursday & Pete Seeger's Brithday (03/05/2012)
 

Good morning. American folk musician and song writer, Pete Seeger is 93 today. His songs include "Where Have All the Flowers Gone?", "If I Had a Hammer (The Hammer Song)", (composed with Lee Hays of The Weavers), and "Turn, Turn, Turn!". He was one of the lefties that Joe McCarthy fucked over in the 1950s.

It's overcast in Toronto and I am at my desk hard at it. Just exercised planned for today in addition to the web site thingy.

Had no idea who Pete Seeger was until reading about his songs.

Put in a very long day yesterday between talking care of everything that I had planned to do and other unexpected stuff too.

One of the unexpected vampire time sucking projects, that was supposed to be a 20 minute project that turned into hours of frustration, was a minor redesign of this page. Wow do I hate IE. |banghead|

Running around and doing errands that never got done yesterday along with doing today's work is today's plans so far.

Alright. Seriously weeks are going by way to fast. I'm in shock. Got my coffee and the dog is walked. Today I'm going to have to run around a lot. However, I've been making some good progress on some projects. Yah! It's strange to go through my git commits and just see how far things have come. :)

Last night Weaver pitched a no hitter. The bats were actually alive as well for the Angels. Maybe something can actually start happening. |thumb

Finally that is. My connection to the Net has been down most of the morning so I've only been able to snatch maybe 30 minutes online spread over the last 6 hours. The customer service rep tells me service is fine when I can't get online and their website tells me that service is out in my area while I'm obviously accessing their site from my IP address.

@Cleo - hate to tell you this, but that page still says Exculsive instead of Exclusive.

Time to play catch-up now on all the online work I couldn't do all morning.

I know that I fixed that at one time. It must have gotten changed back again while I was moving back and forth through Photoshop's history while trying out things and I didn't catch it.
