Meta Tags For Twenty Ten Template

I'm a little bit confused, just trying to find some meta tag setup or plugin with no success (Twenty Ten 1.3). The most ideal would be setup each page manually. I used "Seo Meta Tags" before, but now this one seems to be dead. :(

The only little problem I have now is how to get rid of the extra space in the title tag (in posts). Anybody can help?
