Can you sue for bad support?
 

Just wondering if I would be able to sue Totalnic for terrible tech support?
If you haven't noticed, I'm down again, not sure why, and they can't be reached until Monday.
(btw - they didn't allow transfer to direcnic last week)

Time to get a new registrar:(

Your total provable losses are probably not enough to support a case in a traditional civil court.

And there terms and agreements and TOS may protect them enough to cost you the case in a small claims court.

That sucks big time. Soon enough this will be over. It's enough to make you worry about your registrar, thats for sure.

Voice mail only on weekends.. please call back during normal business hours.. yada yada yada.

Emails take about 6-8 hours for reply... IF they reply.

Like I said, I tried moving 5 domains last week to direcnic, they dissallowed the moved, and Now I'm down again. And I have no idea why.

Ok, they just called -
Saying I didn't send the funds as they requested -which they didn't explain where or how to send.... (but they renewed domains and took the money)
At this point, I'll need to send $200.00 or so certified funds to Australia.

After all the BS I have put up with in this biz... seriously thinking about screwing it all and going fishing.
(this fuck up looks like another 1 to 2 weeks to straighten out - and then another 2 months to gain back PR)

btw- if you have Totalnic as a registrar - MOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Dare isnt haveing hosting problems, it's a problem with his domain register.
