Happy Friday the 7th
 

Was riding last night, saw the tell-tale blink blink blink of another bicyclist (at 11:30pm), started mashing the pedals to catch up - turned out to be another local rider I had conversed with on Twitter after he stole my King of the Mountain on Strava.com (which I stole back a few weeks later). We ended up riding for a bit and I cut 14 seconds off one segment and 5 off another, setting two personal records. Somehow, even though he was drafting, his recorded times were 3 and 2 seconds better than mine. Oh well, new goal.

No biking or biking buddies here but we will be getting ready to kayak out to Peanut Island for a Meetup and also do some snorkeling near the island early tomorrow morning.

Still dealing with a very tender rib but not going to let some pain spoil my plans.

Going to try to get as much work done today as I can since I'll be in the water tomorrow and probably on recovery the next day.

Good morning. No cycling or kayaking here but I may get on the elliptical later. I like the elliptical because I can watch TV!

Got 6 mainstream and 1 adult blogs ready yesterday so I feel very accomplished this morning. I'd like to write some content but I have to work on a client's site today.

Off today and heading out shortly to a friend's cottage for the weekend for our annual poker weekend. Suppose to rain tomorrow so that means more poker and les outdoors stuff, lol. Have a good done all. :)
