Mobile browser detect with link to mobile site

I do not really like mobile re directs, but I would like to give surfers an option to go to a mobile site if they want. I would like this option to appear only if they access the site with a mobile browser.

The nubiles tube script works this way. Anyone have code for this I could drop into my sites?
