Gallery dumps

Hi

How do you use a gallery dump? I tried putting my link in and got the following message :

Your code doesn't seem to contain any (html-)images. Please read the instructions and the rules before submitting.

I couldn't find any instructions.

My other question is can you submit hosted galleries? I don't see any thing saying you cannot, on the dump I am trying.
