So, how was your weekend? Mine was filed with a lot of me trying to work, but getting distracted by sites like Buzz Feed - I seriously think I spent about 3 hours on there Saturday |pokefun||greenguy|

So today I'll be trying to catch up on all the work I was trying to get to over the weekend :D

Good morning! I agree. Buzzfeed is addicting. Have you seen this? I got it from the site. It's hilarious.

Still laying in bed waiting for the ibuprofen to kick in.

With sales as bad as they have been the last few weeks not really sure if there is a reason to actually get out of bed and work.

Going to go over to have my rat poison levels checked today along with running a few errands.

Speaking of lack of sales... we went over to the Gelato Station Saturday evening. It's in the gay metropolitan part of town and normally very busy. The guy behind the counter was bored as hell due to a complete lack of customers. We hung out there for about an hour talking to him. Seems they have cut their hours way back as most of the businesses have done in this area due to business being so bad. Talking to other businesses in the area we heard the same thing over and over again.

I am feeling a little sick today. I thought it was allergies yesterday but I don't think so.

After I take my daughter to school, this afternoon I have to take my friend in LTC to an appointment. That's about it.

The only thing good about today is a massage later this afternoon which will happen after doing mid month bills so I will certainly need it. Besides this it's just work as usual.

Working on my first mini hub, have 3 sites done so far. |thumb My allergies/cold are feeling much better today, so hoping I make my target goal of work to be done. Other than that a workout, and some kale picking is planned, oh my exciting life.

@Cleo, we are seeing the opposite here. Everywhere we go is packed. We tried to go out to eat a week or so ago, and the line was so long, it was over an hour wait. The snowbirds are here and they are spending money.

We talked to our friends that work at various stores though, and everyone is as broke as we are, so wages /hours are not going up, they all just work harder.

Snowbirds are here, traffic is really bad. They just aren't spending money.

We were in Wilton Manors which is a small city known for being mostly upscale gay and doesn't really have much tourists. Everyone we spoke to was saying that they are afraid to spend money with the uncertainty of the economy.

Starting off each day with a nice 5k jog - takes about 25 min
