I think I might actually still be sleeping if not for the fucking wind! 30 to 40 MPH with gusts up to 60! This boys is not used to this kind of weather! I just hope that when the sun comes out, all my trees are still in a vertical position & not laying on my neighbor's power lines & house like the last big wind storm.

I had a very enjoyable birthday. Nothing too exciting - I mostly worked then Yell & my buddy came over to watch hockey down in The Pool House :)

Today is going to be kinda similar, as I plan on working, then watching hockey & football.

Waking up to a very foggy morning, both my head and the outdoors.

Should turn into a beautiful day with temps around the eighties and zero chance of snow which is great since we are going kayaking with an insanely large group of people.

Other than paddling my fat ass around in a little rotomolded plastic boat my only other plans is to become one with our couch this evening and watching Shameless.

More snow here today, it's been at it for 6 hours now. We have to go to a baby shower right now so I think we're going to take my 4x4 instead of our family station wagon :)

Watching Supercross on TV right now while checking stats and stuff. Once that is over have to do a quick clean on the house for kids and grandkid are coming over to watch the 49ers play and dinner so for the most part the day is done.

I live just over 100 miles (160km) north of Greenie and I can say it was very windy here too. In fact, I hardly sleep last night from the sound of the wind.

Caught my daughter smoking weed in her room last night. Now, I have nothing against pot and I think it should be legalized but it is the last thing my truant, anxious and depressed teenaged daughter should be doing. Not that I should be overly surprised as she has admitted to doing it at parties.

So for the rest of my day, I am taking a quick nap and then going to friends for dinner.
