The hun overflow
 

I got an email this morning I got a listing finally! any know how long it taKes before it goes live? The email I received did not mention a timeframe. also how much traffic will I get?

Usually within a few days to a week.

Don't expect a whole lot of traffic from the overflow.

I had a gallery listed in the overflow area beginning of January and received roughly 25,000 hits to it last month and 1700 hits this month. It's not what being listed on the main page is but it is still much better than most others.

Just had one approved again for the overflow with something I do not normally do so I'm really interested in the results on this one.

Go to the webmaster admin...
click on listed and look for a date on the approved link

I'm still interested to know what sales results are attached to posting at the hun, is it a given you will convert by getting listed?

For me it isn't a given.....

Lately, not for me either.

Then again, my sites have been around a bit so that may be the problem.

I can't remember the last time I got a sale from the overflow.. it used to be great back in the day, cause in certain categories your gallery could last for weeks without being knocked off the page. A lot of times it outperformed a main listing because of that :)

My listing went live according to the tracking script from statscounter it recorded the first at 21:01:20(9:01pm I think the last one is seconds) 244 hits to the gallery so far and none to sponsor

this to gallery 10,466 hits to gallery 99 uniques to sponsor after about 1 day.

See, that is still a lot better than a bunch of other places and its free.

I should have said not a lot of traffic compared to be listed on the regular Hun main page.

zero sign ups from it though. I guess I have to depend on multiple galleries to get one sign up.

signup ratios of 1/1000-2000+ are the standard these days unfortunately :(

Yesterday I had 2 galleries listed. 1 on the main and the other in the overflow so this is a nice same day comparison.
